Buying Your Home

I make it my business to know the homes for sale in the area and many of those not yet on the market. Simply give me an idea of what you are looking for and I can identify those you will want to see. If you are not in town, I can email you the links of the properties for you to review from wherever you are, featuring photo galleries and virtual tours. You can always email or call me anytime.

In addition to showing you the properties, I then help you write the contract and most importantly, negotiate the contract with the selling agent. I get you the best price! Once the contract is in place, I facilitate the negotiation of repairs and any other issues. The result is we get to the closing table for the home of your dreams at the price you wanted.

Selling Your Home

If you are selling your home, I market your home, negotiate the contract and close the sale. You really need to understand how important it is to have an agent who is good at all three of these phases.

Marketing your home used to be simply a matter of listing it in MLS and putting an ad in the local paper. In addition to this, marketing via the Internet has become of critical importance because buyers often start by shopping ‘on line’. They have to be able to find your home, and it needs to present well.

I have exclusive real-estate use of Houston’s best photographer. His work really makes a difference. Under “My Listings”, just look at my photo galleries and virtual tours. Buyers really see the home in its best light and send the link to their friends and family. This is critical to getting the your home to sell quickly and at the best price.

In Sugar Land, I advertise heavily in Fort Bend Lifestyles, the Fort Bend Star and the Fort Bend Sun. My ads are always large, in color, feature tremendous photographs and really stand out.

Once there is a contract, I really know how to get you the best price, negotiate repairs and handle any and all issues that arise. The closing will be all business, with no mishaps; fast and easy. I am good at closing the deal.
